Peer group supervision

kollegiale Beratung – Praxis gemeinsam reflektieren, Probleme lösen

Peer group supervision is an effective tool to reflect situations in occupational practice in an output-driven manner and develop valuable solutions.

Cases from work practice are presented within a group. Following a structured flow, the group develops its own consultation process and scope of actions. This extends the range of solutions substantially and strengthens the ability of group members to cope with difficult situations.

Core ideas of peer group supervision

The focus is on specific cases from everyday work life that are discussed in a peer group according to a rule-guided flow. Everyone can consult each other. The group is self-organised – without external expertise. Peer group supervision can also be done live online as video meeting.
